Shipment processing times
We are a made-to-order company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.55
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We offer FREE SHIPPING worldwide regardless of the order total.
- Orders shipped to Bermuda and the Caribbean countries, arrive in 15 to 25 days from dispatch
- Orders shipped to United Kingdom, EU countries, United States, and Canada arrive in 5-15 days from dispatch.
- Orders shipped to the rest of the world, including Australia and New Zealand, arrive in 10 to 20 days from dispatch
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We will notify you and provide a revised delivery estimate if this is the case.
If you ordered multiple items, your order may be shipped separately and you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
We are unable to offer express or expedited shipment at this time.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
The Monkey House ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The Monkey House is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to you order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).
